You'll play a key role in supporting the Buyer with everything from sales analysis to supplier coordination, ensuring our cake range delights customers and drives performance. What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the Buyer with daily sales tracking, performance analysis, and competitor research
  • Keeping admin up to date: line listings, cost and retail changes, and supplier communications
  • Resolving store and supplier queries with professionalism and speed
  • Managing internal and external invoices & funding, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation
  • Contributing to the day-to-day trading of the category and spotting opportunities to improve

  • A keen eye for detail and a love of getting things right
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Confidence working with data and spreadsheets (Excel skills are a plus)
  • A collaborative mindset and great communication skills
  • Enthusiasm to learn, grow, and make a real impact
