The next evolution of the Etihad Campus will see it become a thriving sports and entertainment district, featuring state-of-the-art training facilities, a world class 60,000 seater stadium, and vibrant leisure spaces including the Co-op Live arena. We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to be the driving force behind day-to-day hotel operations at The Medlock. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll take full ownership of delivering consistent, high-quality service across all operational departments, with a particular focus on Front of House, and Guest Experience.

You'll help build and lead a passionate team, embed operational excellence, and ensure the hotel opens and operates to brand standards, while smashing budgeted targets.

This is a hands-on, people-first leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves developing others.

• Pre-opening and operational expertise – experience in launching or repositioning hotels is essential.
