Our Venues Located within the Central London area is recognised for their prestige design and high-quality service experience customers receive from the security upon entry.

We are looking for an experienced Doorman to provide high quality welcoming experience for clients and be able to demonstrate De-escalation techniques and conflict management. We want to see respectful communication skills, as you will be dealing with very high-profile clients and the use of your own initiative when looking for solutions to situations that may arise during work. Hygiene and pressed attire are very important to us at SHARP, we are recognised for our stylish uniforms that we tailor to each of our locations exclusively for our clients.

We are looking for fluent English and welcoming customer service, however we also look for assertive skills and knowledge of the Mayfair area.

    We expect our staff to take ownership of their responsibilities and could be presented with the following throughout a day's work:
  2. Checking Identification
  3. Problem Solving with members of staff
  4. Logging Lost Property
  5. Physical Intervention if necessary
  6. Static Positions

  7. Guest relations

To be considered for this role you will need to be available at least Thursday to Saturday from 6pm. You must be SIA Door Supervision license, and have relevant high profile guest experience of 2 years and posses knowledge of working in Mayfair and surrounding areas.

You will need to provide documentation such as proof of identity, proof of address, rights to work in the UK and National insurance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
