Hybrid UK England UK Northern Ireland, United Kingdom TotalMobile Full time £30,000 - £60,000 per year

At Totalmobile, we're on a mission to make work and the lives of mobile workers simpler, smarter, and more productive. As a leading field service management software company, we empower thousands of organisations across the UK, Ireland, and beyond to deliver exceptional services through technology that truly transforms how people work. Our teams are innovative, fast-paced, and collaborative — united by a shared passion for driving positive change for our customers and communities.

Now, as we continue to grow and expand into new markets, we're looking for a forward-thinking HR Business Partner to join our People Team and play a key role in shaping our future. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and capable HR generalist who's ready to step up, take ownership, and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic technology environment.

About the Role
As an HR Business Partner at Totalmobile, you'll be at the heart of aligning our people strategy with business goals, helping our teams thrive through growth, innovation, and change. Working closely with managers and leaders across the business, you'll be a trusted advisor and coach — supporting everything from workforce planning and organisational design to talent development and cultural evolution.

This is a hands-on role where no two days will be the same. You'll combine strategic thinking with practical delivery, helping shape our people agenda while also rolling up your sleeves to make things happen. It's the perfect role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on building relationships, and wants to grow their career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering & Workforce Planning
You'll build strong relationships with managers to understand their challenges and ambitions, developing people-focused solutions that drive performance and growth. From leading workforce planning to supporting change initiatives, you'll play a key role in ensuring we have the right people in the right places at the right time.

Talent & Performance Enablement
You'll partner with managers to foster a culture of high performance — helping them set meaningful goals, give constructive feedback, and create clear development paths for their teams. You'll enable leaders to be confident and self-sufficient when it comes to managing performance and growth.

Data & Insights
You'll use data to tell stories — identifying trends, risks, and opportunities that help shape decisions. With support from our People Operations team, you'll bring an analytical edge to problem-solving and planning.

HR Projects & Transformation
This is a role where you'll be part of some truly exciting initiatives. From supporting international expansion and M&A integration to evolving our culture and continuously improving how our People Team operates, you'll have the chance to make a real difference in how we grow and scale as a business.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for a well-rounded, proactive HR generalist who's ready to step into that next chapter.
If you've built strong experience across the HR spectrum and want to move into a more strategic role, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll bring a solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice, along with the confidence to communicate, coach, and influence across all levels of the business. You'll have a positive, adaptable mindset and feel comfortable navigating change and ambiguity. A willingness to travel nationally — and occasionally internationally — is important, as is a curious, data-driven approach to solving people challenges. While a CIPD qualification is desirable, it's not essential if you bring the right experience and attitude. Above all, we're looking for the right attitude — someone who's proactive, people-focused, and eager to grow alongside a business that's evolving fast.

Why Join Us?
At Totalmobile, you'll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking People Team that values innovation, autonomy, and continuous improvement. You'll have the freedom to shape your role, the opportunity to work on exciting projects like international expansion and M&A, and the chance to truly influence the culture and future of a growing software business. If you're ready to take the next step in your HR career, we'd love to hear from you.

At Totalmobile, we want our employees to feel valued, appreciated, and free to be who they are at work. We are committed to an inclusive workforce that fully represents many different cultures, backgrounds and viewpoints. We are dedicated to supporting inclusion and diversity at Totalmobile. We actively celebrate colleagues' different abilities, sexual orientation, ethnicity, faith, and gender. Everyone is welcome and supported in their development at all stages in their journey with us.
