Reporting to the Sr. HR Manager, the HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department. Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture is a vital aspect of this role.  We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and organized individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for HR-related queries from employees and external parties across the UK and Europe.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of offer letters, contracts, and reference checks.
  • Facilitate the probation process by coordinating reviews and addressing probation-related queries.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in line with GDPR.
  • Manage HR data entry and updates, ensuring real-time accuracy. Supporting the Sr. HR Manager in data administration and entry for payroll processing via ADP.
  • Assist with leave administration. Communicates with employees, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring compliance with leave policies.
  • Post job adverts, review applications, and coordinate interview scheduling.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to candidate inquiries, ensuring a high-touch, luxury-level candidate experience.
  • Support the SR. HR Manager in employee relations matters, including attending meetings and documenting discussions.
  • Assist in organizing internal events and employee wellness programmes.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our values and company culture in all interactions.
  • Perform additional duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role, ideally within luxury, beauty, fashion, or retail
  • Understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
