Responsible for promoting, managing, organising and supporting all aspects of the company training including IPAF operator training for our staff and customers. The role involves collaborating with the Operations Director to assess training needs, organising training and preparing training materials.

To provide essential administration support to the business including technical and sales department ensuring smooth office operations handling various duties such as reception duties, answering inbound calls and maintaining office supplies.

Key Responsibilities·

Training Coordination: Bookings, quotations, raising purchase orders and invoices where customer training is carried out. Act as liaison between customers and suppliers.

· Office Administration: Maintaining office supplies, equipment and facilities supporting the Operations Director.

· Scheduling & Coordination: Handling the meeting room diary, bookings and lunch requests.

· Document Management: Maintain and update filing systems, ensuring all documents are properly stored and easily accessible. Assist in managing databases, spreadsheets and other records.

· Financial Administration: Assist in processing invoices and raising purchase orders.

· Support to Management and Teams: Provide administration support to management and assist with organising company events.

· Other Administrative Duties: Perform general office duties as necessary and help to improve processes and systems.

· Sales Support: Maintaining and adding machine sale information to Advertising Analysis, providing holiday support cover to sales admin team, filing of sold stock files.

· Accounts Support: Accurate data entry of machine invoices into accounts spreadsheet

Required Qualifications

· 2 years of administration experience

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in the access or construction industry

· Knowledge of Syrinx & HubSpot

· Attention to detail

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

Office based

Salary based on experience together with a company pension scheme. Working hours 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday. 8.00am to 4.30pm Friday.
