We are seeking confident, approachable, and licensed Door Supervisors to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our venues and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage entry and exit points, ensuring only authorised personnel and guests are admitted.
  • Conduct ID checks to ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment, identifying and responding to potential risks or incidents.
  • Handle conflicts or disturbances professionally, using de-escalation techniques to resolve issues effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patrons and addressing any queries or concerns.
  • Liaise with venue management and emergency services when required.
  • Conduct regular patrols and security checks within the venue.

Requirements:
  • SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential).
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; training can be provided.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the role.
  • A professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach.
  • Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
