role as Sous Chef is to cook exceptional seafood dishes, ensuring
every plate meets Rockfish standardsLead
and inspire a talented kitchen team, driving consistency and

the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and serviceMaintain
high standards in food safety, stock control, and cost managementCollaborate
with the front-of-house team to deliver unforgettable dining
