Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest infestations in residential and commercial properties. You will utilise your expertise to provide effective pest control solutions while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and determine the best course of action.
  • Apply appropriate pest control treatments using safe and effective methods.
  • Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and maintenance practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment plans and follow-up schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including the proper handling and disposal of chemicals.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional service at all times.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, pest control techniques, and relevant legislation.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically in various situations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients.
  • A valid driving licence is required for travel between job sites.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to pest control is advantageous.

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
