We cultivate a collaborative, creative, and forward-thinking environment. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to support our sales team, assist customers, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer & Sales Support:
- Respond to sales inquiries via email, phone, and live chat, ensuring all interactions are logged in Salesforce.
- Follow up on sales leads, nurture customer relationships, and identify potential for future sales.
- Assist with new business development by prequalifying leads through cold calls and research.
- Provide exceptional customer service in the showroom, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for visitors.
- Maintain showroom presentation, ensuring all products are displayed correctly, and report any issues to management.
- Organize and manage incoming sales calls, ensuring efficient workflow, particularly for outbound sales activities.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team to streamline internal processes and sales operations.
- Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce, tracking leads and sales opportunities.
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance, customer engagement, and relevant data for decision-making.
- Assist in the creation and execution of sales campaigns, newsletters, and social media content.
- Suggest improvements to order processing and operational efficiency.
- Support showroom events and client meetings, ensuring organization and a high level of customer engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage with customers.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach, with an excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or administration is desirable, but not essential
