We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services, addressing any concerns or issues raised by customers.
- Manage customer interactions and maintain detailed records of communications.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Assist in training new staff members on customer service protocols and systems.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide up-to-date information to customers.
- Input data onto a CRM system
Skills
- Proficient in CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
