We're seeking a strategic, hands-on
Head of Marketing
to lead the growth of a fast-scaling EV business based in Manchester. This role is ideal for a driven marketer who can balance big-picture brand strategy with day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the full marketing strategy across brand, digital, content, and campaigns.
  • Drive customer acquisition and engagement across both
    B2B and B2C
    channels.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a data-driven and innovative culture.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align marketing initiatives with commercial goals.
  • Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and brand positioning within the fast-evolving EV landscape.

About You:

  • Proven experience delivering results in
    both B2B and B2C environments
    .
  • Strong background within
    start-ups or high-growth businesses
    , with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, scaling environment.
  • A creative, analytical thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • EV experience not necessary but is advantageous
