You will represent a market-leading brand portfolio, developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth.You will define and implement the UK Marketing strategy across Media, Brand, Product, Digital and Customer Category Management.What will you be doing?Oversee a team of 8 Digital, Brand, Trade, Category and Media and CommunicationsManage Go-To-Market and product portfolio throughout the entire life cycle, based on consumer, shopper and retailer requirementsSet appropriate strategic directions and operational plans for Product, Digital and Trade-MarketingLead the A&P budget, and maximize the ROI of the assigned brand/product category portfolioMonitor competitive environment, market needs and trends and give input to International teamsOrchestrate the digital customer journey from planning to rollout in all relevant channels of the digital funnel until conversion, to deliver against KPIsWhat do you need?Minimum of 5 years experience operating in a Senior Marketing/Head of level.Strong experience within an FMCG-branded business.Professional Experience and Education degree in Business Administration or Marketing (MBA preferred).Experience in successfully leading and motivating teams.Experience operating in various international markets would be advantageous.What's in it for you?Company car.25% bonus.Hybrid working, with flex-time accrual.32 days holiday & bank holidays.Enhanced pension scheme.Access to various life health and wellbeing products.Apply for more information on this exciting role xpwpeyx Apply now to join our dynamic team.
