We are seeking a
Digital Transformation Consultant
with a strong background in
product development
,
solution design
, and
implementation excellence
. This role is pivotal in driving end-to-end digital transformation initiatives for our clients, enabling them to achieve operational efficiency, scalability, and innovation through the use of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
Ideally candidate would have the following traits
- Prior experience in driving product lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products and services.
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation engagements for engineering customers in Aerospace & Defence—aligning product and service delivery with measurable business outcomes.
- Experience in enabling solutions to accelerate programme delivery, reduce cycle‑time and rework, improve right‑first‑time quality, and secure, compliant operations across the engineering value chain.
Key Responsibilities
Consulting & Strategy
Partner with clients to understand business challenges
- Consultatively develop a digital strategy to address these business challenges
- Engage the wider Quest global teams and the customer to identify and evaluate opportunities for optimisation through digital technology adoption.
- Develop digital customer engagement and solutions strategy in consultation with client partners.
Provide thought leadership and advisory on emerging trends and tools.
Solution Design & Architecture
Drive innovative, scalable, and secure solutions leveraging modern platforms and tools.
Implementation & Delivery
Lead end-to-end implementation of digital solutions, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Establish best practices for integration, testing, and deployment across enterprise environments.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and technical teams.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner.

- Proven ability to design and implement digital transformation strategies across industries.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Hands-on experience in deploying enterprise-grade solutions.
- Expertise in change management and driving adoption of new technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities.
