About the Role

We are seeking to appoint to the role of Early Years Business Development Manager - North of England.

The role holder will be required to own and develop a specific UK region and an allocated geographic area ensuring new Early Years customers are recruited, looked after and a retention plan is in place to maintain and develop their spend with YPO.

You will establish high level strategic relationships with early years alliances, associations, key Stakeholders and LEA's in order to establish YPO as the vendor of choice.

In addition, you will be responsible for developing business opportunities with new and existing EY customers whilst driving brand awareness of the entire YPO Early Years product range to nurture, develop and build further business growth within the sector.

About You

As YPO continues to expand, we are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team. Drawing from the skills and experience section of the Job Description, we seek someone who has:

  • A proven successful track record of selling within the early years or education markets.
  • Candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to account manage large Private Nursery chains, local authority and at independent nursery level.
  • Experience of our marketplace and product range is desirable, existing relationships and knowledge of the sector would be a distinct advantage.

Location

Candidates need to have easy access into their sales region and would ideally be situated central of the territory. Travel within the UK, including to our Wakefield office, to support YPO and colleagues will be required.
