Role Description
This is a
full-time
, on-site role,
based over a 4 day working week
- located in Stevenage, Hertfordshire for an Ombudsman Caseworker | Adjudicator.
The role holder will be responsible for resolving disputes, mediating/conciliating/negotiating, adjudicating, preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing documents, assisting with dispute resolution processes and liaising with various stakeholders. The role holder will support our legal experts in ensuring compliance and accuracy in all matters.

Requirements
- Candidates
must have
achieved a minimum a 2.1 Bachelor's degree in Law (or equivalent gained via another route e.g. PGDL) plus completed or studying towards the BPTC/BVC/LPC/SQE or equivalent post-graduate qualification - Experience gained in Alternative Dispute Resolution or complaint handling is an advantage
- Experience in law and legal document preparation and drafting
- Strong research and document review abilities
- Excellent communication and decision making skills
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Willingness to work on-site in Stevenage, Hertfordshire
