Interim Chief Financial Officer – PE Backed, B2B Business
Contract: 4-6 months
Rate: Up to £1,000 per day (Outside IR35)
Location: Midlands, 3 days in the office, 2 from home
Start Date: Immediate
We are currently working with a PE backed B2B business on a confidential search for an Interim CFO. The business is based in the Midlands. There is a need to stabilise its operations with regards to cashflow forecasting overheads and professionalise the business in preparation for anticipated growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cashflow forecasting, setting up 13 week cashflow and working capital management
- Technical governance and control- Audit preparation and completion and client account management
- Review and analysis of overheads and cost base
- Transformation and restructuring of the team, potential hire of new FM
- Execution of the budget (in process and once completed)
- Management of new ERP system, make sure this is running smoothly and no exposure or problems occur.
Key Requirements
- Commercially sound, understanding KPI's, performance drivers, forecast modelling, creating meaningful MI
- Knowledge of B2B data driven businesses/SaaS
- Experienced CFO/FD with investor/PE knowledge
