They will establish robust financial controls, ensure transparency and compliance, and provide the insight needed to support informed decision‑making at pace.As the business evolves, the CFO will lead the professionalisation of the finance function, embedding digital reporting, disciplined governance, and performance frameworks that enable both operational excellence and long‑term value creation.Ideal candidateQualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA); ideally chartered.Experience as a CFO in a PE‑Backed ideally within the consumer services sector business or a business providing services to public sector partners; evidence of value creation and successful exits.Ability to work with a leveraged balance sheet and manage cashflow constraints.Lead digitisation initiatives in financial reporting, streamlining processes and enhancing data accuracy.A hands‑on, growth‑focused approach, with practical experience in successfully implementing financial change in regulated environments.Due to the high level of applications, we can only reply to those candidates with relevant experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
