About the role

We're looking for a Care Coordinator to join our Putney-based team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, an excellent communicator, and thrives on supporting both carers and clients. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our care service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate rotas and manage staff availability to ensure consistent care delivery
• Manage planned and unplanned staff leave, covering shifts when needed
• Be the first point of contact for client, carer, and family queries and concerns
• Escalate complaints to the Registered Manager when required
• Conduct telephone interviews and onboard new care assistants
• Deliver staff inductions and training (including record-keeping and face-to-face sessions)
• Carry out regular supervisions and ongoing support for carers
• Monitor punctuality and visit compliance using Access Care Planning
• Reconcile completed visits using PeoplePlanner
• Conduct telephone-based quality assurance and client feedback interviews
• Participate in the on-call rota, providing out-of-hours support as required

What We're Looking For

• Legally eligible to work in the UK (we are unable to sponsor visas)
• Experience working in domiciliary or community care
• Experience in a supervisory or team-leading role
• Experience working with clients, in particular, those who may have additional support needs
• Knowledge of rota planning and care coordination
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using care rostering and planning systems
• Confident with digital tools and eager to learn new technology
• Access to a smartphone with data and a laptop to use at work
