About the Role

Phenome Longevity is seeking a creative and strategic
Digital Content & Creative Lead
to build and manage our digital presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The role involves full ownership of content planning, creation, and execution to bring our brand narrative to life. You will plan and create engaging visual, video, and audio content tailored to product launches, campaigns, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated social media strategies aligned with brand growth, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
  • Build and maintain a quarterly and yearly content calendar, ensuring a cohesive narrative across visual, video, and written formats.
  • Create high-quality content according to the social media plan and individual product needs
  • Design and edit engaging visuals, reels, and short-form videos using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma.
  • Plan and oversee YouTube content series, including expert-led interviews, educational shorts, and brand storytelling episodes.
  • Lead the creation of podcast and video content for YouTube and social media, from concept to post-production.
  • Produce ad and campaign visuals consistent with the brand's aesthetic and message.
  • Analyse content performance and audience engagement to improve storytelling and visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all platforms.
  • Stay informed about digital trends, creative formats, and emerging tools to keep content fresh and innovative.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital content creation, social media management, or creative marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube strategies and audiences.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
  • Experience in video editing and creative storytelling.
  • Excellent visual communication skills with strong aesthetic awareness.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently

Preferred

  • Experience in podcast production is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and creative environment.
  • Background in the health, wellness, or longevity industries.
  • Familiarity with SEO, analytics tools, and influencer collaborations.
