In this role, you will coordinate aftersales activities, respond to customer enquiries, and work collaboratively with our service team to deliver timely and effective solutions. Your commitment to customer service will help foster enduring relationships and promote our core values of quality and excellence.

Hours:
Full-Time (45 hours per week)

Salary:
£29,000 plus OTE bonus

Requirements
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in the automotive aftersales sector
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience with service management software is a plus, but not essential
  • A valid driver's licence is required
