About Us:
Piccolino Edinburgh is a warm, family-run Italian restaurant known for authentic cuisine, friendly service, and a cosy atmosphere. We take pride in offering our guests a genuine Italian dining experience - from our pasta dish to our handpicked wines.
The Role:
We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Full-Time Server to join our team. You'll be the face of Piccolino, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and leaves with a smile.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating guests with warmth and professionalism
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Serving dishes and beverages to guests efficiently
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
- Providing menu recommendations and upselling where appropriate
- Working closely with the kitchen and the rest of the floor team to ensure smooth service
About You:
- Previous experience as a server or waiter/waitress preferred
- A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
