Careline Response is an SIA (ACS) approved Security Company providing gold standard keyholding and alarm response services to private and public organisations throughout the Yorkshire and Humberside regions.

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our expanding and dynamic team. Your role will help to ensure the safety of our customer's staff, their buildings, and assets, whilst providing excellent customer service. Candidates need to be conscientious, have good time management skills and the ability to think on their feet to challenge potential compromises and risks.

You will:

  • Complete routine patrols as well as respond to fire alarm, intruder alarm and CCTV activations.
  • Act as the primary response to alarm activations.
  • Communicate with customers where required.
  • Complete thorough external and internal site patrols to ensure sites are secure and uncompromised.
  • Work to complete a schedule of unlocking and locking of buildings ensuring the premises are secure before leaving.
  • Produce clear and accurate incident reports.
  • Perform dynamic risk assessments.

What you'll need

Candidates will be:

  • Reliable.
  • Conscientious
  • Level-headed
  • Good time management skills.
  • Good communication skills
  • A team player.

It's important that you have:

  • A valid front-line SIA License.
  • A full UK driver's license.
  • 5 years of work history in line with BS 7858.
  • Experience & knowledge of alarm systems is preferred but not essential.
  • High standards of communication, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

What you'll get:

  • circa £26,000 per year plus overtime (Please note: this is based on 4 on 4 off shift pattern)
