Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality, and fostering a positive work environment for all staff.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of culinary trends and restaurant best practices to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.20-£14.70 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 36 per week
