What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming and assisting customers collecting parts or seeking advice
- Answering calls and scheduling tyre refits, tracking, and repairs
- Handling bookings, processing payments, and completing documentation
- Managing our click-and-collect orders from start to finish
- Dealing with customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Selling vehicle parts over the counter and supporting the sales team
- 42.5 hours per week, additional Saturdays may be required
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our operations - ensuring every customer leaves with the right part, a great impression, and a reason to come back.
What We're Looking For
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Experience in the motor industry is essential
- Knowledge of car parts is desirable (training provided)
- Confident multitasker who thrives under pressure
- Clear and professional telephone manner
- Comfortable using IT systems (full training provided)
