Office Administrator / Bookkeeper (Self-Employed)

Part-time | Tuesday & Wednesday, 10:00 am–2:00 pm

We're looking for a friendly and organised Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our team on a self-employed basis. You'll help keep the office running smoothly, assist accounts manager on occasion with zero , and make sure everything behind the scenes stays on track.

What You'll Do

  • Keep the office organised and handle day-to-day admin as part of the team.
  • Help with bookkeeping when required within Xero.
  • Support management and the team with general admin tasks.
  • Communicate with staff, suppliers, and other contacts.
  • Prepare reports and meeting documents.
  • Keep records up to date and accurate.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in admin or bookkeeping.
  • Confident using Xero and Microsoft Office.
  • Good understanding of basic accounts and bookkeeping.
  • Organised, reliable, and great at managing your time.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work on your own and as part of a team.
  • Must be self-employed and able to manage your own tax.
