About the role:

We expect you to join our Europe HR team and bring your expertise in recruitment management and coordination. Your main task will be managing our LinkedIn page and support for recruitment from beginning to end. You may support for other HR functions such as onboarding support, HR admin and Envision culture promotion etc.

Key responsibilities:

HR Documentation & Operations

  • Prepare and consolidate core HR documents, including workforce planning deck, organizational charts, and labour cost budgets.
  • Support the HR team in preparing and update daily operational documents and strategic reports for headquarters with Senior HR's guidance.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with European HR teams and HQ HR.
  • Organize weekly HR meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes; follow up actions.
  • Update and maintain all other HR documentation as requested by HR team.

Recruitment & Candidate Coordination

  • Manage Envision Energy's LinkedIn page and monitor engagement and performance metrics.
  • Screen CVs from LinkedIn and other recruitment channels; contact shortlisted candidates promptly.
  • Draft and revise job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate online and in-person interviews, including scheduling and meeting room bookings.
  • Collect interview evaluation feedback in compliance with HQ processes and support the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflow.

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Set up accounts for employees and contractors in SuccessFactors or BSM following HQ guidelines.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to prepare equipment for new joiners and retrieve equipment from departing employees.
  • Draft offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Conduct employment document verification.
  • Ensure all new joiner information is accurately and fully recorded in SuccessFactors.

General Support

  • Perform additional HR or administrative duties as assigned by the HR Manager or other senior managers.

Qualification and expertise:

  1. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field from an accredited university.
  2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to produce high-quality, comprehensive and visually engaging reports, analyses, and presentations.
  3. 2 years of HR relevant experience in an international company or a company with complex matrix will be the plus
  4. A broad knowledge and understanding of HR practices, policies, as well as experience in UK labour law will be a plus
  5. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  6. Strong hands-on mentality
  7. Can manage multiple tasks and take immediate act on the priorities
  8. Be familiar with agile working methods and managing challenges with different time zones
  9. Stability and full attendance are very important for this role
