Your Missions:

Over the two-year self-directed programme, you'll gain a unique insight into the
nuclear industry
. This starts with broad exposure across teams and customers and evolves into discipline-focused work that aligns with your career ambitions . Within our programme, there will be opportunities to rotate through different teams and projects to help grow your knowledge, skills and behaviours .

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

We're looking for graduates with a degree in
Project Management, Business, Science, or Engineering
who are ready to take their first step into a career delivering complex and meaningful projects .

You'll be someone who enjoys:

Seeing ideas through from concept to completion

With strong communication and organisational skills , you'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, building relationships, and keeping teams aligned. A keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset will help you spot challenges early and find practical solutions.

in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and initiative are key.

Additional Information

To join our Graduate Scheme, you must be a
UK sole national
and a
UK resident
, as this is required for the type of work we do. You'll also need to be able to obtain a minimum of
Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS)
clearance , with some roles requiring higher levels of clearance.

As part of the programme, you should also be willing to
relocate or travel within the UK
, and we'll provide relocation support where needed.
