Duties and responsibilities related to theHost/ess – The Montagurole

  • Welcome and greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
  • Manage the reservation system, coordinate seating, and optimise table allocation to support smooth and efficient service
  • Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure seamless daily operations and memorable guest experiences
  • Handle guest inquiries with professionalism, providing clear and accurate information about menus, services, and facilities
  • Liaise with other hotel departments to accommodate special requests and contribute to overall guest satisfaction

About You

Previous experience in a guest-facing role within a premium dining or hospitality environment is preferred. You are an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a welcoming and polished atmosphere for every guest.
