Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Stock Control & Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Stock management with experience in Ecommerce operations . The primary role will be to manage and oversee all aspects of product inventory for both retail and online businesses, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient online operations.
Responsibilities
Oversee stock accuracy, including receiving, storage and stock levels & maintain an efficient, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Negotiate with suppliers for best pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
Help manage inbound & outbound shipments: domestic, international, retail, and e-commerce orders and work closely with order processing to ensure orders are processed and shipped accurately and timely.
Manage product information on Ecommerce site to ensure accuracy on descriptions, images and pricing.
Analyse website data to identify sales opportunities and develop and implement strategies, including promotions and offers to sell through inventory.
Assist with taking incoming sales and product enquiry calls from customers and retail partners.
Provide accurate product information, pricing, availability, and shipping timelines.
Provide operational input to the sales, purchasing, and marketing teams.
Analyse sales data and website performance to identify trends and opportunities.
Plan and coordinate all logistics for trade shows and industry events. May assist in attending events.
Ensure all warehouse and shipping activities comply with health, safety, and legal standards.
About You
You will be a professional with experience of Ecommerce platforms and inventory systems in particular Magento, alongside experience with stock and warehouse management processes.
You will possess strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail alongside excellent communication skills necessary for collaboration with different departments, customers and suppliers.
You will have experience of data analysis and reporting and proficiency with Microsoft suite and Google Analytics.
You will be a friendly and approachable team player with an eye for detail and the ability to troubleshoot when necessary and have basic health and safety qualifications or a working knowledge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £29,120.00 per year
