The Role: As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, big and small From welcoming families with genuine warmth to ensuring every dining experience is delightful, you'll embody our commitment to exceptional service.

This is a permanent position at 40 hours per week (to include weekends) with a salary of £25,397 per annum, plus generous service charge and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and deliver a fantastic LFH Service: You will work together, alongside the kitchen team to deliver fantastic service to our guests.
• Make long lasting unique memories: We welcome your charisma and personality and encourage you to create memories and relationships with our guests – especially the littlest ones
• Ensure a safe dining experience: You will endeavour to be diligent and knowledgeable of all our menu offerings and understanding allergens to keep our guests safe.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food and beverage areas: adhering to health and safety regulations.

What we need from you:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
• A positive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of our busy hotel.
• A commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism at all times.
