**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will assist the food and Beverage team for restaurant and event operations.

**Duties**
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and address any special dietary requirements.
- Clean and set-up tables for the guests
- Support team members during busy periods by helping with various tasks as needed.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during peak service times.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to help others within the team are essential qualities for success in this role.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
