Social Media Executive

Have you got a knack for storytelling and shaping the world of boutique hospitality? We are looking for an incredible Social Media Executive to join our Central Marketing team at Signet Collection.

Role Overview:

As a Social Media Executive, you'll be the voice and visual storyteller for the Signet Collection across our hotels, restaurants and spas. You'll manage day-to-day social activity, create engaging content, and work closely with the wider marketing team to bring our campaigns to life.

This is a hands-on, creative role suited to someone who loves storytelling, knows their trends from their transitions, and has a flair for curating scroll-stopping content that connects with audiences.

This is a full time Monday to Friday role, based at The Retreat, Elcot Park in West Berkshire, with regular travel to our sister hotels across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

• Plan, create, and publish content across all Signet social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Organise photoshoots and content days, capturing real-time moments that reflect the Signet brand.
• Collaborate with our properties to source user-generated and on-site content that showcases the Signet experience.

Community & Engagement

• Manage daily community engagement, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in line with brand tone.
• Build relationships with creators, local partners, and guests to encourage organic advocacy.
• Monitor brand mentions and maintain a positive, consistent online presence.

Campaigns & Strategy

• Support the execution of seasonal marketing campaigns (e.g. Spa, F&B, and Stay promotions).
• Work with the Marketing Team and PR team to align storytelling across digital and offline channels.
• Track trends and propose creative ideas that keep the brand fresh, relevant, and distinctive.

Performance & Reporting

• Monitor and report on social media metrics and performance across all channels.
• Use insights to optimise content and engagement strategies.
• Stay up to date on algorithm changes, emerging tools, and social best practice.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years' experience managing or creating content for brand social channels (hospitality, travel or lifestyle experience a plus).

• A creative eye and confident content creator, comfortable filming, editing and writing captions with flair.

• Working knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools.

• Strong copywriting skills with an understanding of tone, humour, and storytelling.

• Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects across properties.

• Passionate about hospitality, people and beautiful places.
