top-performing Solar Assessors

to join our expanding team.

Salary & Benefits

  • £30,000 base salary
  • OTE £85,000+

(our strong performers earn £70–100k)

What You'll Do

  • Attend
    warm, qualified, inbound leads

(no cold outreach)
- Complete property assessments (you'll be fully trained)
- Explain the benefits, savings and system options
- Present proposals and answer customer questions
- Guide customers through the signup process
- Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets
- Handover the job to our account manager after the sale

This role is ideal for someone who loves meeting people, enjoys autonomy, and wants to earn a high income and is highly self driven.

What you'll do

A big + if you have solar experience. We will also train you.

You
DO

need the following:

Essential:

  • Previous sales experience (any industry, solar preferred)
  • Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
  • Motivated by high earnings
  • Coachable and willing to learn
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Confident, positive, professional attitude

Bonus if you have:

  • In-home sales experience
  • Experience in renewable energy, home improvements, car sales, telecoms, financial sales, roofing, or utilities

Training Provided

We invest heavily in developing our assessors. Training includes:

  • Solar system fundamentals
  • How to calculate savings & ROI for customers
  • Objection handling
  • High-closing scripts
  • On-site shadowing & coaching
  • Personal development & weekly skills training

Our goal is to give you the skills to become a
£75k+ per year performer

within your first 6–12 months.
