Location: Rochester, Kent

Salary:£38,500 per annum + £2k golden hello for direct applicants

Hours:Full-time, MondayFriday (9am5pm) + On-Call Rota

About the Role

As Supported Living Manager, you will:

  • Lead from the front, inspiring and developing a dedicated team including an Assistant Manager, 3 Team Leaders, and specialist support staff.
  • Oversee a 24/7 supported living service operating on a 3-week rolling rota. Ensure a safe, person-centred environment where tenants can live fulfilling, independent lives.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with tenants, families, staff, and external professionals.
  • Collaborate with the CQC Registered Operations Manager, Senior Management, and Quality & Compliance teams to uphold our high standards.

About You

Were looking for a strong, visible leader for this role of supported living Manager:

  • Has5+ years experience coaching and developing specialist care teams.
  • Demonstrates practical leadership and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Is confident in applying The Care Act, Health and Social Care Act, and frameworks such as Safeguarding ,DoLS, MCA ,and Best Interest processes.
  • Holds or is working towards a Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification(or equivalent).
  • Can adapt quickly to challenges and lead with empathy, professionalism, and integrity.
