About the Role
As Supported Living Manager, you will:
- Lead from the front, inspiring and developing a dedicated team including an Assistant Manager, 3 Team Leaders, and specialist support staff.
- Oversee a 24/7 supported living service operating on a 3-week rolling rota. Ensure a safe, person-centred environment where tenants can live fulfilling, independent lives.
- Build strong, positive relationships with tenants, families, staff, and external professionals.
- Collaborate with the CQC Registered Operations Manager, Senior Management, and Quality & Compliance teams to uphold our high standards.
About You
Were looking for a strong, visible leader for this role of supported living Manager:
- Has5+ years experience coaching and developing specialist care teams.
- Demonstrates practical leadership and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Is confident in applying The Care Act, Health and Social Care Act, and frameworks such as Safeguarding ,DoLS, MCA ,and Best Interest processes.
- Holds or is working towards a Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification(or equivalent).
- Can adapt quickly to challenges and lead with empathy, professionalism, and integrity.
