What You Will Be Doing
Working in our Civil Aerospace business, you'll be leading the teams responsible for making the world-famous parts and engines we're known for.
- Focusing on safety and compliance, ensure all work follows procedures and meets standards while fostering a safety-first culture.
- Driving a zero-defects mindset by reducing risks, improving processes, and enhancing team skills.
- Leading, developing and motivating a large team to build a skilled and effective workforce.
- Optimising cost, delivery, and quality to enhance production performance and operational efficiency.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and growth by streamlining processes to drive excellence.

- You'll have proven experience managing teams in a high-end production, manufacturing, or logistics environment.

- You're always thinking ahead to ensure teams have the tools and support they need.

The role is likely to include working shift patterns as our facility runs 24/7.
