You will be the driving force in enabling the business make informed and strategic decisions that can directly impact profitability and the overall business performance.

**Key Skills**
- Great communication skills with the ability to coordinate cross functional teams.
- Competent Microsoft skills (Excel, One Note).
- Passion and creativity to drive the projects and team with the ability to prioritise depending on project needs.
- Embracing change and drive improvements, willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Strong attention to detail, driving data accuracy
- Proficient in handling large amounts of product data.
- Understanding product data taxonomy, ownership and governance
**Key responsibilities**
- Lead the Costing/ Product data team with the ability to motivate, mentor and support the team.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate product data, including BOMs, routings, descriptions, product attributes, EAN codes as well as any other product data in our ERP system JDE.
- Create, maintain and validate standard costs and pricing for new and existing products.
- Coordinate with purchasing, product, production and other key stakeholders to gather relevant cost data.
- Develop and maintain cost models and tools to support strategic decision making.
- Drive process improvements in data governance and cost management.
- Train and develop team members, promoting best practises in data and cost accuracy.
- Monitor and analyse cost variances and investigate causes.
- Coordinate new product launches from a data and costing perspective, ensuring all timelines are met.
- Deliver the strategic priorities whilst embracing and promoting operational excellence through Kaizen initiatives
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress on projects covering the full department.
