The Role

Applicants will be reviewed in the new year for a Feburary 2026 start date.

This is a unique opportunity for a graduate Mechanical Engineer to kick-start thier career in clean energy. You'll gain hands-on experience across mechanical design, project planning, and system optimisation, working on projects that shape the future of sustainable energy for the UK.

You'll learn from senior engineers across multiple disciplines in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment, with the freedom to take ownership, get hands-on, and quickly build versatile skills. What You'll Do

  • Design mechanical systems and components using AutoCAD & SolidWorks.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and equipment sourcing.
  • Assist with the installation, testing, and optimisation of mechanical systems.
  • Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot issues and improve system performance.
  • Contribute ideas to help drive innovation and efficiency across projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Recent Mechanical Engineering graduate or equivalent with an interest in clean technology.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD & SolidWorks and confidence in ability to create mechanical designs.
  • A good understanding of mechanical systems and design principles.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to take a hands-on approach to projects.
  • Strong motivation to learn and a solution-focused mindset
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and a can-do attitude
  • Eager to develop your career
