Saint Flooring are a leading flooring contractor with branches covering most of England supplying and installing floor coverings to the new house build industry. Due to continued growth, we require additional administrative support in our Customer Care department located in St Neots.

At Saint, you would be joining what we believe to be the best flooring team in the new house build industry within the UK.

As Customer Care Administrator your duties will include:

  • Making and receiving phone calls from customers and site managers with flooring issues.
  • Calling customers to confirm jobs for the following day and any follow up phone calls that are needed after the work has been completed.
  • Helping the team to prepare the work for the flooring fitters diary
  • Ensuring jobs are invoiced to the builders via our accounts department and completed jobs updated to the builder.
  • Any other administrative duties as requested by the Customer Care Team

The ideal candidate for the role will be confident, professional, organised, able to multi-task and be an excellent communicator; with at least 6 months experience in a busy office environment.

You will need to have a positive attitude and have a high level of attention to detail. You will also need to be competent in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
