Join our dynamic team as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer, where you'll solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and DevOps practices. What you'll bring

What you do and how you do it is important whatever type of role you work in at TfGM and even small behaviours and actions can have a really big impact. At TfGM, our behaviours bring to life our values of Deliver, Care and Adapt.

You will be able to demonstrate the skills and experience in the following key areas:

• Dynamics 365 CE Customization & Extension
• Develop and maintain custom entities, forms, views, and dashboards.
• Implement client-side logic using JavaScript/TypeScript and server-side logic using plugins and custom workflow activities.
• Configure security roles, business units, and field-level security.
• Power Platform Development
• Build and optimize Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Pages for internal and external users.
• Ensure seamless user experiences and responsive design across devices.
• Process Automation & Orchestration
• Design and implement Power Automate flows, legacy Workflows, and Business Process Flows to automate business processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot flow performance and reliability.
• Azure Integration & Extensibility
• Develop Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Webhooks to extend Dynamics CE capabilities.
• Integrate with external systems using REST APIs and custom connectors.
• DevOps & CI/CD with Azure PAC CLI
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Power Platform CLI (PAC CLI) for automated solution deployment.
• Manage source control, solution packaging, environment provisioning, and release management.

Additional Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in Dataverse schema design and data modeling.
• Experience with Solution Management (managed/unmanaged solutions, patching, layering).
• Familiarity with ALM best practices in Power Platform.
• Understanding of Licensing, Storage Management, and Performance Optimization in Dynamics CE.

What we can offer you

This is a permanent role and comes with a salary of £58,539 - £62,866 per annum depending on experience. This is comprised of base salary plus market supplement, (£47,539 - £52,866 + plus MFS £11,000, the market supplement is paid monthly and reviewed annually).
