Job Title: D365 CE Functional Consultant Location: Remote (UK-based) with occasional travel (You must be based in the UK / Ireland) Employer: Microsoft Gold Partner About the Role We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Consultant to join our growing client. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a Microsoft Gold Partner, delivering innovative solutions to top-tier clients across diverse industries. If you’re passionate about Dynamics 365 and want to accelerate your career, this role offers a clear path for progression and the chance to work on high-impact projects. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional solutions. Configure and implement D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing). Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery. Provide end-user training and support during deployment and post-go-live. Document functional specifications and maintain project documentation. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring best practices and optimal use of D365 CE. Requirements Proven experience as a D365 CE Functional Consultant. Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE applications and Power Platform. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Microsoft certifications (MB-210, MB-230, MB-240) are highly desirable. What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.
