We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Lettings Consultant who's passionate about people, property, and providing exceptional service. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and love the idea of helping people find their perfect home, we'd love to meet you

Resident Experience & Lettings

  • Be the first point of contact for all enquiries – via phone, email, and property portals like Rightmove.
  • Showcase The Trilogy's lifestyle by delivering engaging property tours and viewings.
  • Build genuine relationships with prospective and current residents.
  • Manage every stage of the rental journey – from initial enquiry and move-in, through to check-out.
  • Provide a warm welcome to all residents and visitors, ensuring everyone feels at home.
  • Go above and beyond to anticipate resident needs and deliver exceptional service every day.

Customer Service & Community Engagement

  • Maintain our reputation for five-star service – attention to detail is everything
  • Support move-ins with apartment and appliance inductions, making every arrival seamless.
  • Gather and act on resident feedback to continuously improve our service.
  • Help cultivate a lively, friendly community that residents are proud to be part of.

Building Operations & Safety

  • Coordinate maintenance requests swiftly and efficiently.
  • Support building checks, safety audits, and mid-term inspections..
  • Work closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with parcel management and out-of-hours support when needed.

Administration & Teamwork

  • Keep the reception area and workspace organised, professional, and welcoming.
  • Protect resident privacy and uphold all safety and security protocols.
  • Contribute ideas, take ownership, and work collaboratively with the wider team.
  • Be flexible – ready to take on new challenges.

What We're Looking For

  • A friendly, engaging personality with a genuine passion for property and people.
  • Previous lettings or property experience is a bonus, but not essential – we'll provide full training.
  • Strong customer service background with excellent communication and admin skills.
  • Proactive, positive, and ready to make things happen.
  • Organised and reliable – you can juggle priorities and stay cool under pressure.
  • A team player with initiative and professionalism.
