**Lettings Consultant**

Site Location: Manchester

Reporting to: Lettings Manager

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

Starting Salary: 22-24k on experience OTE 35-40k

Probation Period: 6 months Commission: 2% of banked fees for the business and £10 per reposit

**Purpose of the role**

Matching people with properties and ensuring a smooth client & tenant journey. Customer service is of the utmost importance whilst keeping both landlords and tenants up to date.

**The responsibilities of the role**

Include but are not limited to:
Respond to prospective tenant leads and enquiries in a prompt and professional manner

▪ Qualify applicants, understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable available properties

▪ Registering applicants on the CRM and maintaining a tenant database

▪ Scheduling viewings

▪ Conduct lettings viewings and extracting rental offers on the best possible terms for our clients

▪ Communicating with, always updating and advising our clients from across the world with their best interests in mind

▪ Communicating with our progression team, ensuring that referencing documents are uploaded and processed efficiently

▪ Work collaboratively with wider teams sales / completions / progression / property management / accounts

▪ Client onboarding

▪ Pre-marketing property inspections

▪ Listing properties onto the CRM as required

▪ Negotiating offers between landlords and applicants

▪ Negotiating price adjustments with landlords

▪ Carry out Right to Rent Check

**Key Skills & experience**

▪ Customer service, retail or hospitality experience required

▪ Highly communicative, a ‘people person’

▪ Target driven & composed in a fast-paced environment

▪ Organised and punctual

▪ Sales experience in any field desired but not essential.

**Benefits**
