  • A deep commitment to safeguarding and compliance.
  • A passion for empowering children to thrive, grow, and shape a future they are proud of.
  • Flexibility to step in when your team needs you — including taking part in the on-call rota and occasionally covering shifts, ensuring stability and consistency for the children.
