The Role

This is not your average office job. You'll act as the central glue of our Stafford HQ — a hybrid of receptionist, office manager, clinic coordinator, HR support, and PA rolled into one.

You'll be the glue between leadership, staff, and clients ensuring the clinic runs smoothly, the team is supported, and the executive team can focus on growth.

Key Responsibilities

Front of House / Clinic Operations

  • Greet clients, and ensure an exceptional clinic experience.
  • Oversee supplier coordination.
  • Handle client queries and ensure service standards are consistently met.

Office & Team Management

  • Maintain a smooth-running office systems, supplies, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with remote teams to keep involved.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and team communication.
  • Manage and maintain documentation and accounts for the bsuienss

Executive Support / PA

  • Act as a right-hand to senior leadership .
  • Manage diaries, calls, travel, and daily priorities.
  • Support with document prep, reporting, and follow-up on delegated actions.
  • research and action, handle small meetings and understand how to filter

HR & Culture

  • Handle basic HR admin contracts, holidays, payroll coordination.
  • Schedule check-ins and track staff follow-up meetings.
  • Promote a positive, productive team culture.
