Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor recycling machinery and equipment.
  • Sort and process various types of plastic materials.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the recycling facility.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of materials.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure high standards are met.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or recycling environment is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and environmental sustainability.
  • FLT experience preferred.
