As we drive forward our mission to support the future workforce and set the benchmark for excellence, we are looking for a proactive and forward-thinking Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in providing high-quality financial analysis, insight, and challenge to senior leaders and executives across the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, driving performance, and contributing to strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide regular and ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a key link between Finance and the wider organisation.
- Support income generation, efficiency improvements, and cost management.
- Prepare and review business cases for new opportunities.
- Lead or support finance-related projects and represent Finance at internal meetings.
- Deliver timely and accurate monthly management reports and attend review meetings with budget holders.
- Lead the annual budget process and support quarterly forecasting.
- Coordinate performance reporting, including KPIs and scorecards.
- Extract and analyse data from systems ensuring high data integrity.
- Provide general support to the Head of Finance as required.
About You
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Confident working with financial systems and large datasets.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering.
- Professional finance qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience preferred.
