Position: Full-time Sous Chef

Capricci is an independent Italian restaurant and café in the heart of London, combining authentic regional recipes with carefully selected Italian ingredients and wines. We're looking for a Sous Chef to join our small, dedicated kitchen team.

About The Role
As Sous Chef, you'll work closely with our Head Chef to prepare and deliver high-quality Italian dishes that reflect our passion for genuine flavours and artisanal ingredients. This is a hands-on role in a close-knit environment where creativity, consistency, and teamwork are essential.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen
  • Passion for Italian cuisine and an understanding of its regional diversity
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a small, collaborative team
  • Knowledge of Italian ingredients and culinary techniques is a strong plus
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive, proactive attitude
