THE ROLE
In this role, you will be a key driver of revenue growth, generating high-quality leads and securing qualified meetings with target prospects to build a strong sales pipeline.
Through strategic outbound prospecting—cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach - you will engage decision-makers, identify new business opportunities, and set the stage for successful sales conversions. Your work will have a direct impact on pipeline growth, booked revenue, and overall business expansion, making you an essential part of the company's success.
The position requires strong communication, research, and lead qualification skills, with resilience, persistence, and the ability to drive outbound prospecting, manage CRM tools, and build a high-quality sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads by conducting outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Book and schedule qualified meetings with target prospects to drive pipeline growth and new client acquisition.
- Identify and qualify potential leads, ensuring they align with business needs and sales objectives.
- Maintain a steady pipeline by consistently engaging decision-makers and uncovering new opportunities.
- Ensure a smooth sales handoff, effectively transitioning qualified leads to the sales team.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, optimizing outreach strategies to maximize booked revenue and GP impact.
- Collaborate with the sales team, providing insights to refine prospecting efforts and improve conversion rates.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, effectively engaging decision-makers through outbound prospecting.
- Ability to research and analyze potential prospects to identify high-quality leads and market opportunities.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales technology , LinkedIn automation software and more), managing and tracking outreach efforts efficiently.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, able to work autonomously while driving results.
- Resilient and persistent mindset, maintaining motivation and effectiveness in handling rejection.
- Curious and proactive approach, eager to learn about prospects, industries, and market trends.
- Proven ability to qualify leads and ensure a smooth sales handoff, optimizing the sales pipeline for growth.
- A strong interest in or passion for sustainability and climate topics is a plus, demonstrating alignment with our mission and a deeper understanding of industry trends.
