This is an exciting opportunity to join Solidcor Ltd as Operations Assistant. Solidcor Ltd has seen significant growth over the last few months and combined with ambitious plans to grow the business further throughout 2025, we need to ensure we can maintain the highest levels of Service and Quality.

Key aspects of the role

  • Assisting the management team with reporting, scheduling and general admin tasks
  • Customer service including booking in deliveries
  • Procurement and stock control
  • Taking minutes of meetings
  • Managing tasks and following up

Key requirements

  • Great telephone manner and confident speaker
  • Good working knowledge of IT packages
  • Good communication, calculation & literacy skills
  • Good time management and ability to manage own workload and work to deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn, act with integrity and work as a team player.
